What is Neuro Linguistic Programming or more commonly known as NLP?

Neuro: refers to the nervous system including the brain where all of our experiences are received and processed through our five senses.

Linguistic: refers to the language we use both verbal and non-verbal that organizes, deciphers and gives meaning to our mental representations.

Programming: similar to how a computer would take information in and process it. We have the ability to discover and effectively use the programs we run mentally in our mind.

To put it simply, NLP is about using your brain in an effective way to consistently achieve the results you desire.

NLP has been successfully used to:

• Enhance and enrich relationships

• Eliminate unwanted habits

Q: Are there added benefits to being a NLP Master Practitioner such as yourself and a Life Coach?

A: Absolutely, when I'm working with a client in a coaching setting and I begin to see some obstacles or challenges that the person is encountering in moving forward in a particular area, whether it be to attain a personal goal, start a business or improve or enhance a relationship, I can then begin asking them questions concerning some limited beliefs they have adopted along the way and have them replace that belief with a more resourceful belief. By first making someone aware of their self-limiting beliefs it brings awareness to their thoughts and now they can begin to see just how there thinking impacts there overall outcome and what they are wanting to manifest in their life.
